Due to winter, Char Dham Yatra will soon become inaccessible for pilgrims. On October 26 at 12:01 PM, the doors to Shri Gangotri Dham will close, and on October 27 at 8:30 AM, the doors to Shri Kedarnath Dham will close.
Shri Yamunotri Dham will also close its doors on October 27 at Abhijit Muhurta in the afternoon, and Shri Badrinath Dham on November 19 at 3:35 PM. In honor of Bhaiya Dooj, the doors of Badrinath Dham will close at 3:35 PM on November 19, and the doors of Shri Kedarnath Dham will close at 8.30 AM on October 27.
As well, please be aware that Hemkund Sahib and Lokpal Tirth are preparing for the winter season by closing their doors on October 10.

On November 18, the portals of the second Kedar Madmaheshwar will close, and on November 21, the Madmaheshwar fair will be held in Ukhimath. On November 7, the third Kedar Tungnath’s portals will also close.
According to reports, thousands of devotees have made it to the Char Dham since the pilgrimage sites were opened in April-May this year. The number of pilgrims visiting Shri Badrinath Dham was 14,53,549, 133,9477 visiting Kedarnath, 458701 visiting Yamunotri, and 483096 visiting Gangotri Dham.
In addition, 38,34,823 pilgrims visited Uttarakhand Chardham, and 2.25 lakh pilgrims visited Hemkund Sahib.
