It attracts a number of filmmakers because it is a world-famous toy train on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway and a UNESCO World Heritage site. To make things easier, the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway has created an internet platform where anybody can apply for permission to shoot a film on the toy train or on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway’s grounds.
