Officials announced on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, that flight services at Pakyong airport in Sikkim have finally resumed after a five-month hiatus due to operational difficulties. SpiceJet, a popular airline in India, flew a plane from Pakyong airport to Delhi with 43 passengers aboard, marking a significant milestone for the airport and the region’s tourism industry.
