Aravalli

Haryana’s government is preparing to develop the biggest jungle safari park in the world in the Aravalli range. The park is planned to be the biggest in the world! According to officials, the huge 10,000-acre safari park is going to be spread over Gurugram and Nuh districts in Haryana, and it is expected to open soon.

The proposed Aravalli park would be five times larger and include a large herpetarium (a zoological exhibition space for reptiles and amphibians), aviary/bird park, four zones for big cats, large areas for herbivores, exotic animal birds, underwater worlds, nature trails, visitors, tourism zones, botanical gardens, biomes, equatorial, tropical, coastal, desert, etc.

Earlier this month, Haryana’s Chief Minister visited Sharjah Safari. Haryana’s NCR region has great potential for jungle safaris, the minister said upon his return. Locals will also be provided with employment opportunities as well as tourism.

As per the CM, Haryana’s jungle safari project would be a joint project between the government and the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change. Haryana will also receive funds under the scheme from the central government.”

For the design, oversight, and operation of the park, the firms will now compete in an international design competition.

It is evident that there are a number of bird species, animals, and butterflies that can be found in the Aravalli mountain range.
