Kartikeya Temple is a widely visited and very old Hindu shrine in Pehowa town of Haryana. It is devoted to Lord Kartikeya, who is known to be the elder son of Lord Shiva. The shrine lies 20 km away from the sacred land of Kurukshetra. Karthikeya Temple is also called a Saraswati pilgrimage center. As per legends, the temple was constructed around the fifth century.
