1. Amar Mahal
Amar Mahal Palace, a palace earlier, has now been converted into a museum. A French architect constructed the museum for Raja Amar Singh in 1862. The architectural style of the palace is the Continental Castle style. This palace is located at the top of the hill and overlooks the Tawi river.
A golden throne weighing 120 kg, Pahari and Kangra miniature paintings, a library of 25,000 antique books, and many rare art collections can be found here easily. There are paintings of M.F.Hussain and other famous Indian painters too.

2. Mubarak Mandi
Mubarak Mandi Palace was the residence of the Dogra Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir. Till 1925, this was their main seat. The architecture is reminiscent of both Mughal and Rajasthani styles.
The palace with pink plastered walls has got the name Pink hall, because of its color. Many Dogra art pieces can be found here as it is a Dogra Art Museum. There are a bow and arrow painted in gold, belonging to Shah Jahan, a Mughal emperor.

3. Bahu Fort
Bahu fort is situated on the left side of the river Tawi, on a rock face. It is about 3,000 years old and is the oldest. Raja Bahulochan constructed it. There is a temple inside the fort, which is the resting place of the Hindu Goddess Kali.
This temple is popular as the Bave Wali Mata Mandir. Devotees visit the temple on Tuesdays and Sundays. Bagh-e-bahu is a large garden on the terrace. And it has developed on its own.

4. Akhnoor Fort
This fort is important historically because it reconstructs history. It is on the river of bank Chenab and is on the eastern side of the town. Since 1982, this fort is under ASI.
Moreover, in 1958, under the Monument act, this fort is protected. There are two watchtowers at corners in these two-storeyed forts. 6. Mughal Gardens, Achabal Garden, Chashme Shahi Garden
Verinag Mughal Garden, Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Nasim Bagh are famous Mughal Gardens of the present time. As per UNESCO data, about 700 gardens were constructed by the Mughals in Kashmir.
