Thailand Starts Issuing ‘Visa On Arrival’ For 18 Countries Including India. From October 1, 2021, Indian passport holders will be able to enter Thailand with a visa.
From October 1, 2021, Thailand will accept Visa on Arrival applications from citizens of 17 different nations and territories at any international airport in Thailand.
Visa on arrival is permitted in certain countries.

To enter Thailand, travelers from the mentioned countries must first get a Certificate of Entry (COE).
Whats is COE?
This letter, known as a Certificate of Entry (COE), is given by the Thai Embassy or Consulate and allows a foreign national with a valid visa to enter Thailand on a chartered or semi-commercial aircraft.
Upon arrival in Thailand, this letter will be given to airline employees and an immigration official.

Passengers who have received all required vaccinations will be quarantined for seven days.
A vaccination authorized by Thai authorities must have been used on the visitors.
They must have received CoronaVac (Sinovac Biotech Ltd.), AstraZeneca or Covishield (AstraZeneca & University of Oxford / SK Bioscience (Korea) / Siam Bioscience / Serum Institute of India (SID) vaccinations), Pfizer — BioNTech COVID-19 or Comimaty vaccinations (Pfizer Inv., & BioNTech), Janssen or Janssen/Ad26 (Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology).
The quarantine will be required for non-vaccinated travelers for a minimum of ten days.
