The state administration of Uttarakhand has announced new travel-related relaxations, including the ability for fully vaccinated air travelers to enter without a negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test report. This is part of the new relaxations, and the COVID curfew has also been extended until July 27.
According to Uttarakhand Minister Subodh Uniyal, if travellers are arriving by air and have received both doses of vaccination, they will be permitted to enter the state without a negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test report.
The government has extended the curfew, but with additional relaxations, according to Uniyal, who also said that Uttrakhand people will be permitted to go to hill areas from plain districts without needing to show a negative RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen result.
