Visa Free Entry for Mexican citizens travelling to the UAE

Mexicans have approved visa-free access to the UAE. This initiative has come in a month after the UAE launched its flights to Mexico City through Barcelona. Both UAE and Mexican officials have repetitively specified that they are quite certain that the launch of this flight will result in more flow of travelers in both the routes.

As declared on Tuesday, Mexican nationals will be allowed to arrive in the UAE without furnishing Visa. A tweet announced a new, 5-year multiple-entry traveler visa, the UAE government has announced that all Mexican citizens will be relieved from entrance visas.

In late 2018, the UAE, and the Mexican government came together to sign a diplomatic MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) on visa exclusion. During a meeting with Arabian Business held in Mexico City, the ambassador of UAE to Mexico, Ahmed Hatem Al Menhali told the enabling of visa limitations was amongst the top priorities of the embassy over the span of the last 3 years.
