According to Vistara’s announcement on Saturday, the airline will start operating flights between Mumbai and Muscat, Oman on a daily basis as of December 12, 2022, starting with non-stop flights between Mumbai and Muscat.
It has been announced by the Indian carrier that it will operate daily flights between Mumbai and Muscat using its A320neo aircraft and will be the only airline on the route to offer the option of premium economy class, in addition to the Business and Economy classes that are currently available.
Details of the Vistara Mumbai-Muscat flights
According to Vistara’s official website, the company has announced the following, “We are excited to spread the new feeling to Muscat, with direct flights from Mumbai! The round-trip all-inclusive fares for Mumbai-Muscat-Mumbai start at INR 15999 and round-trip all-inclusive fares for Muscat-Mumbai-Muscat start at OMR 99,”

The CEO of Vistara, Mr. Vinod Kannan, has made the following statement:
“We are excited to expand our presence in the Middle East with the addition of Muscat as the fourth city in the region. Given the strong bilateral ties and the thriving trade and investment relations between India and Oman, this new route will further aid the growing traffic between the two countries.”
“The capital city of Muscat continues to attract a significant number of expats, traders, business travellers, and high-end leisure travellers from India who will now have the choice of flying business class and premium economy on India’s best airline complemented with Vistara’s signature hospitality.”
In addition to this announcement, Vistara also announced that direct flights between Mumbai and Abu Dhabi would begin on October 1.
The airline recently received its third Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, and as a result, Vistara has increased the frequency of its flights between Delhi and Frankfurt in order to serve the business community. The airline now operates six weekly flights between Delhi and Frankfurt and five weekly flights between Delhi and Paris.
Airbus A320, A321 Neo, Boeing 737-800NG, and Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft are part of Airbus Airline’s fleet of 54 aircraft, including 41 Airbus A320 aircraft, five A321 Neos, and three Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners.
