Binsar wildlife sanctuary is situated in the Almora. It is a district of Uttrakhand. The sanctuary is situated above the height of 2270.
The main motive of the sanctuary is to protect the wildlife along with the conversation of oak forests. It is rich in flora and fauna. Approximately 200 plus birds verities are found in this sanctuary.

2. Rajaji Wildlife Sanctuary
Rajaji wildlife sanctuary is more like a tiger reserve center. It is situated near Haridwar, Rishikesh, and Dehradun. It has approximately 28 mammal species and 300 plus birds species.
Apart from this, the sanctuary is famous for Himalayan bear, tiger, leopard, goral, jackal, hyena, monitor lizard, king cobra, etc. There is a river flowing near the Rajaji sanctuary which is home to several fish species like trout, chilwa, etc.

3. Corbett National Park
Jim Corbett is a very famous national park of Uttrakhand. It is situated near Dehradun. There are huge species of flora and fauna.
The place is ideal for wildlife photographers. One can capture rare Bengal tigers here in the Corbett national park.
Entry fees – Rs. 200 for Indian students and Rs. 1000 for foreigners.

4. Askot Sanctuary Pithoragarh
Ascot is a famous sanctuary not only for animals but also for flowers. There is a wide variety of flora and fauna present in the sanctuary. It is situated at a height of 5432 feet above ground level.
The place is about 54km away from the Pithoragarh. The environment is very soothing and it is going to give you a lifetime experience.

5. Govind Pashu Vihar Wildlife Sanctuary, Uttarakhand

It has several varieties of flowers also. At first, it was a wildlife sanctuary but now declared as a national park.

6. Nanda Devi National Park
It is situated in Chamoli district. The place is a national park as well as a UNESCO world heritage site. It has several varieties of flowers. There are some rare plants and animals also like Braham-Kamal and Bharal (blue mountain goat).

7. Gangotri National Park

8. Valley of Flowers National Park

Apart from this, there are some endangered species of animals like blue sheep and black deer. You can do a trek here which ends up at the Govindghat. It is another beautiful place connected with the valley of flowers.

9. Kanchula Korak Musk Deer National Park
The national park is a home for musk deer. The place serves its best for the musk deer. Apart from this, there are large varieties of some local vegetation.
It is said that some of the vegetables are not even scientifically known. It is situated at the whole place of 5 square km. You can see lots of musk deer’s here.

10. Benog Wildlife Sanctuary
