Sri Lanka, which means the home of lions, is also known as Ceylan, Taprobane, and Serendib. Sri Lanka has been an independent country since ancient times. From 1812 to 1948, it was an English colony before becoming an independent republic. Sri Lanka is a member of the UN, a democratic country, and participating in most major international events. Sri Lanka has been an important Buddhist center since the 3rd century BC and has always been visited by many pilgrims, tourists, and explorers, such as Marco Polo, Sinbad, Ibn Batuta, Fa Hien... However, the Buddha was the most distinguished visitor to the island.

We will visit the ancient capitals of the island, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, and Sigiriya, known as the Cultural Triangle of Sri Lanka.

We will travel through Sri Lanka's Highlands, dotted with tea plantations and colonial buildings. We will fall in love with its landscapes and people from Kandy to Ella.

You will find the closest thing to paradise on the beaches of southern Sri Lanka: golden sand, crystal clear waters with turtles to dive with, and lots of fun!
